Terms of Reference for consultant to develop and adapt e-learning course for blended learning

A purpose of this consultancy is to create and adapt eLearning course to train child and social protection professionals in programme implementation aiming to ensure quality support to families/caregivers who are direct beneficiaries of the centres for social welfare.
The consultancy implies collaboration with protection experts who primarily design, develop, and deliver face to face training programs to ensure that the content developed is suitable for the digital space and online learning environment and is adapted to the contexts of local civil society organizations working in the aid sector in humanitarian contexts. These contexts are often characterized by limited amount of time to dedicate to professional development, low internet bandwidth and extensive use of mobile devices to access the eLearning’s. eLearning’s will also be made available in Bosnian/ Serbian/ Croatian language.
The consultant should have demonstrated experience using instructional design (ID) methodologies to develop micro-learning as well as longer-form e-learning courses e-learnings with content staff on child socio-emotional development.
Additionally, Consultant is responsible for the multimedia creation e.g.: to film the eLearning course modules with voice over, adapt content created by the Subject matter experts for blended learning (online and offline learning) and design the course for the best use of learners.
The consultant must be able to create content that is purpose-built for multiple modalities, to deliver an experience for our learners that is nearly identical in face to face experience or an e-learning course.

“Terms of Reference to produce a Video Documentary for the project Inclusive4All: Inclusive education for all children in Bosnia and Herzegovina.”

This assignment aims to provide expert support in producing a video documentary that will be used to increase public awareness and better inform the audience about the inclusion of children with disabilities in the regular system and the positive results of CDIPs established by the project. The documentary should highlight significant success stories of beneficiaries of the 2 CDIPs, offering a compelling portrait of how these children and families compensate for the daily education issues by using their strengths to overcome their challenges

Terms of reference for consultancy for a creating Rulebook that provides services in the field of social protection in the Brčko District, as well as the Rulebook licensing of service providers and accreditation of services in the subject area

The consultant is expected to prepare a Rulebook (By-law)on detailed conditions and standards of work of organizations providing services in the field of social protection in Brcko District and a Rulebook (By-law) for licensing service providers and accreditation of services in the subject area, present draft documents to the Brcko District BiH Child Protection Working Group and staff SCI and collect comments to finalize the documents.

Terms of Reference for Preparation of concept / schematic design project for small renovation work of some Tuzla Canton’s schools to promote the Inclusive Education Approach and Universal Design.

Consultancy’s main objective is to prepare concept / schematic design projects for small renovation works of premises in some schools in Tuzla Canton to promote the Inclusive Education Approach and Universal Design. The Ministry of Education and Science TK (MES) will identify 3-5 schools to implement small renovation works and improve the physical environment (i.e. accessible toilets, ramps, lighting and paint schemes to help visually impaired children, carpeting and acoustic tiling of classrooms to help deaf and hard of hearing pupils etc.). This assignment aims to prepare concept / schematic design projects for small renovation work of premises in the identified schools in Tuzla Canton. The goal is to promote the Inclusive Education Approach and Universal Design, which will develop the investment-technical project documentation for their renovation/adaptation.

Terms of Reference for a consultant to develop of economic cost-benefit analysis relating to the transformation of the 2 special schools in Tuzla into Resource Centers

The main objective of the consultancy is to develop an economic cost-benefit analysis to examines whether the transformation of the 2 special schools in resource centers is economically viable and sustainable. The transformation process involves comprehensive reorganization of the existing system over an extended period, and the analysis has to provide an overview of the costs behind the transformation. Therefore, Save the Children invites requests for proposal from various experienced individual consultants and/or agencies to develop an economic cost-benefit analysis of the transformation process. The expert is expected to develop and finalize an economic cost-benefit analysis by analyzing legal, financial, and context-related aspects and will consider the best interest of children and their families. The study aims to lay solid facts and foundations for the implementation of the transformation process in an environment that is known for being complex and sensitive.
