Why are pre-school programs so important for children in BiH? (INFOGRAPHIC)

Do you know that only 14 per cent of children are included in some form of pre-school education and development? That percentage is even lower in rural areas and, when it comes to Roma children, only 1.5% of them had the „privilege“ to attend pre-school education.
