Save the Children u Srbiji obeležio je važan jubilej - stogodišnjicu rada organizacije - konferencijom posvećenom borbi protiv trgovine decom migrantima i izbeglicama. Konferencija je organizovana u okviru projekta Deca nisu na prodaju koji u Srbiji od 1. jula 2018. godine do 31. decembra 2019. godine, uz podršku švedske organizacije Radio Aid, u Srbiji sprovode Save the Children i Udruženje građana za borbu protiv trgovine ljudima i svih oblika nasilja nad ženama Atina.
In first three months of the year 1,453 refugees and migrants travelling through Western Balkans Route testified about 1,521 cases of irregular push backs at various borders in the region to Save the Children and its partner organization Praxis. Every fourth person who was reportedly returned from the countries along the route without being given an opportunity to seek asylum was a child (352 children).
