The purpose of this Program component will be to provide supportive supervision to DiCs employees (teams) in six DiC in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. Supportive supervision is a process of helping staff to improve their work performance continuously. It is carried out in a respectful and non-authoritarian way with a focus on using supervisory visits to enhance the knowledge and skills of the employees. Supportive supervision is envisioned to support DiC professionals as a team.

The purpose of this consultancy is to conduct the accreditation process in Republic of Serbia and Republic of Montenegro for training program: Program for development of socio-emotional competencies of children, with the final aim of obtaining the accreditations in both countries.

Save the Children in the North West Balkans seeks an agency/company/organisation (from now on: the Agency) to plan and implement an informative awareness raising campaign focused on Una Sana Canton and Bosnia Podrinje Canton in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in Belgrade, Serbia; with the goal to bring to public attention the importance of access to quality inclusive education for vulnerable groups of children in general, and particularly in the context of still ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
