Terms of Reference for consultant to develop and adapt e-learning course for combined learning

A purpose of this consultancy is to create and adapt eLearning course to train child and social protection professionals in programme implementation aiming to ensure quality support to families/caregivers who are direct beneficiaries of the centres for social welfare. Additionally, Consultant is expected to film the eLearning course modules, adapt for combined learning (online and offline learning) and participate in designing the course for the best use of learners.
